Exhibitors are responsible for providing their own backdrop graphics, signage, and display materials.

Please complete the form to submit your event details for the 2026 ESCA Summer Educational Conference.

If you are shipping booth materials to Banff, please indicate that in the form so ESCA can connect you with ConsultExpo, our official customs broker.
Deadline: Break slide materials are due by Friday, June 12, 2026.

ConsultExpo Customs Clearance and Shipping Information for Exhibitors Sending Materials 

ConsultExpo Inc. has been selected as the official Customs Broker and will be pleased to assist with the customs clearance of your display material, one-way or round-trip to Banff, Canada. Please complete the ConsultExpo Order Form and Canada Customs Invoice and return them to ConsultExpo prior to shipping your materials to Canada so they may review for customs accuracy. Once ConsultExpo receives your completed forms, they will provide a quote for the services requested customs and or shipping, if the quote is accepted, they will proceed. 
COURIER SHIPMENT TIPS** If shipping via a courier such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL you will still require customs clearance services therefore please complete the ConsultExpo PDF Order Form and Canada Customs Invoice and return to ConsultExpo along with your carrier’s name and tracking number.

Can I provide giveaways or promotional materials?

Yes! Giveaways and promotional materials are encouraged to attract attendees to your exhibit space.

How does the 30-second video in the break slides work?

To provide maximum visibility and impact for your brand, exhibitors may submit promotional content that will be displayed on screen during conference breaks throughout the event.

You may submit either:

  • One slide (standard presentation aspect ratio, 16:9) to be included in the rotating break slideshow.
  • One video up to 30 seconds that will be played during break periods.
