• You can sign up for activities during registration. 
• If you would like to update your selected activities, simply follow the link in your confirmation email. Use the login credentials provided to access your registration history. If you need assistance at any point, please reach out to events@esca.org.

While many of our activities are included with your registration, a few do require an additional fee. For detailed information on fees, please refer to the specific activity descriptions at the top of this page.

1. 1. Golf: The golf tournament has a separate fee, and if you need to rent clubs, there will be an additional charge for that as well. If you plan to bring your own clubs, there is no rental fee. 
   2. Fishing: Participants are responsible for purchasing their own fishing license here: https://idfg.idaho.gov/licenses/fees-nonresident#permits

We ask that attendees sign up for one activity per day. Certain activities may overlap and to leave room for everyone at the conference please only sign up for one afternoon activity per day. 

Activities with limited availability will be clearly marked on the registration site as “Full” or “Waitlist Only” when you attempt to sign up. If an activity is already full, we recommend adding yourself to the waitlist, and we’ll notify you if a spot becomes available. 

Yes, you can update or cancel your selected activities by logging into your registration account. If you need further assistance or have any issues, please don’t hesitate to contact events@esca.org, and we’ll assist you with any changes.

Complimentary transportation is provided for all resort guests to and from the golf course and infinity pool. 

Transportation for the golf tournament will be arranged by ESCA through private shuttles.
