Get ready for an adrenaline-packed whitewater rafting adventure! A bus will pick you up from the Coeur d’Alene Resort and take you to the launch site. Once on the river, brace yourself for thrilling rapids and breathtaking scenery as you navigate the waters with expert guides. Don’t miss this exciting experience!

All participants will need to complete a rafting waiver prior to the activity. A parent or guardian will need to sign a waiver for minors.

For your comfort and safety on the river, please avoid flip-flops and Crocs. An old pair of tennis shoes, sandals with a secure strap, or water shoes will work perfectly. We also recommend participants to bring sunscreen and a water bottle.

The Rafting team will give a safety talk and provide any needed support to ensure everyone has an amazing time.

Rafting level: Class I & II rapids.

The minimum age for white water rafting is 5 years old, but will be subject to change based on river conditions.

Ready to really be a part of the experience. You’ll enter a room filled with fresh, local ingredients—proteins, produce, and a few wildcards. The chefs will step out, and your group will choose everything that goes into the meal. When the chefs return, the fun begins as they work together to create a multi-course meal with the ingredients you picked. Throughout the process, you can pop into the kitchen and ask questions. Plus, it’ll be live-streamed so everyone can follow along. Expect anywhere from 3 to 5 courses, followed by a dessert display.

How do I sign up for daily activities?
- You can sign up for activities during registration.
- If you would like to update your selected activities, simply follow the link in your confirmation email. Use the login credentials provided to access your registration history. If you need assistance at any point, please reach out to events@esca.org.
Do any activities require an additional fee?
While many of our activities are included with your registration, a few do require an additional fee. For detailed information on fees, please refer to the specific activity descriptions at the top of this page.

- Golf: A separate fee applies for the golf tournament, and there will be an additional charge for club rentals if needed.
- Fishing: Participants are responsible for purchasing their own fishing license here: https://idfg.idaho.gov/licenses/fees-nonresident#permits

Can I sign up for multiple activities at the same time?
We ask that attendees sign up for one activity per day. Certain activities may overlap and to leave room for everyone at the conference please only sign up for one afternoon activity per day.
How do I know if a specific activity is full?
Activities with limited availability will be clearly marked on the registration site as “Full” or “Waitlist Only” when you attempt to sign up. If an activity is already full, we recommend adding yourself to the waitlist, and we’ll notify you if a spot becomes available.
Can I change or cancel my selected activity after registering?
Yes, you can update or cancel your selected activities by logging into your registration account. If you need further assistance or have any issues, please don’t hesitate to contact events@esca.org, and we’ll assist you with any changes.
How can I get to the golf course and infinity pool?
Complimentary transportation is provided for all resort guests to and from the golf course and infinity pool.
Transportation for the golf tournament will be arranged by ESCA through private shuttles.
