Mary taught at the U.S. Naval Academy, the U.S. Air Force Academy, Hawaii Pacific University, and in the graduate program at Colorado State University.
She served 21 years on active duty in the Navy (retired as a Commander) with specialties in Human Resources, Logistics, Intelligence, and Security.
Her PhD is in Economics. She has a masters degree in History, University of Hawaii, and another in Economics from the University of Oklahoma. Go Sooners!
