The auction will close at 8:30 pm PDT on Wednesday, July 2, 2025.

• Winning bidders will be notified via text message immediately upon the close of the auction and prompted to pay through the auction site.

• To maximize our giveback we will be adding a 3.63% to cover credit card fees.

• Winning bidders will be able to pick up their winnings at the conclusion of the auction.

  • Please confirm your payment with an auction representative and we will assist you with your winnings.

• If items are not picked up on-site, we will ship to the address on file and charge the shipping fees to the credit card on file.

  • Shipping will be charged $15 PLUS the market rates for FedEx, USPS, or UPS.

Each year, the ESCA scholarship fund awards several academic and need-based scholarships to industry members and their families, cultivating the next generation of leaders. 

We are excited to announce the launch of the ESCA D&I Scholarship, a special initiative by the Diversity & Inclusion Committee of ESCA. In addition to the prestigious Dennis Hale Memorial Scholarships, three exceptional students will be awarded scholarships for their outstanding commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion in their university and local communities. These scholarships are open to students sponsored by our esteemed university partners: UNLV, UCF Rosen College, and Delaware State University.
