Consent for Use of Photographic Images & Recordings
By attending the Summer Educational Conference, you permit ESCA to use your image and likeness, including photographs and video recordings, from the event for promotional and educational purposes.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Should you need to cancel, in whole or in part, please email events@esca.org. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the event according to the following schedule:

• 75+ days prior: Full refund

• 15-59 days prior: 50% refund

• 0-14 days: No refund

Code of Conduct
ESCA is committed to providing a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful event experience. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. Violations may result in removal from the event without refund.

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
By attending the Summer Educational Conference, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with participation in this event. ESCA and its partners are not liable for personal injury, illness, loss, or damage to property during the event.

Event Changes & Cancellation by Organizer
ESCA reserves the right to modify the program, schedule, or venue as necessary. In the unlikely event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond ESCA’s control (including but not limited to weather, strikes, or health emergencies), ESCA will communicate options for refunds, credits, or rescheduling.

Privacy & Data Use
Your registration information will be used only to communicate event details and updates. ESCA may also process this information through third-party platforms used for event planning and management (such as registration, scheduling, or communication tools). Your data will not be shared with anyone outside of ESCA or its event partners. Attendee lists will never be sold or shared for monetary purposes.

Accessibility & Special Requests
ESCA strives to create an inclusive experience. Please notify us of any dietary restrictions, mobility needs, or accessibility requests when registering so that accommodations can be arranged.

All event presentations, slideshows, and related materials are the property of ESCA. Reproduction, distribution, or rebroadcast of this content without prior written consent from ESCA is strictly prohibited.
