We warmly invite you to submit a presentation proposal for consideration at the 2026 ESCA Summer Educational Conference. This annual event brings together business leaders and owners from across the exhibition and events industry for high-level conversations, valuable networking, and impactful learning.
Scheduled for June 28 – July 1 at the iconic Fairmont Banff Springs in Banff, Canada, the 2026 conference promises to be an unforgettable experience.
What We’re Looking For
Our audience is made up of established professionals—owners, executives, and leaders who have built careers and businesses in this space. As such, we’re seeking advanced-level presentations that speak to the strategic, operational, and innovative challenges faced by today’s industry leaders.

A Note on Timing
We officially accept proposals until January 16, 2026, but we’d love to start reviewing submissions early so we can begin shaping the agenda. If your idea is a great fit, we may reach out before the deadline to start discussions. While final selections will be confirmed in early February, early submissions may be considered for advance booking.
