Video Submission Guidelines

Hello Speaker,

Your voice helps set the tone for the ESCA Summer Educational Conference experience. These short speaker videos give attendees a preview of the conversations, insights, and energy they can expect, while helping them feel more connected to you before they ever walk into the room.

By sharing a brief session overview and personal note, you’re not only promoting your session, you’re helping attendees choose the learning experiences that matter most to them. These videos will be featured across the conference website, email marketing, and social media to spotlight your expertise and build excitement leading up to the event.

Video Orientation:

• Record in horizontal (landscape) orientation for versatility across platforms.

Video Length:

• Aim for 30–60 seconds. This keeps the announcement concise and engaging.

Content Outline:

• Introduction: Briefly introduce yourself and your role/title.

• Session Overview: Provide a high-level overview of your session, highlighting key topics, takeaways, and why attendees should join.

• Personal Note: Share any unique insights or enthusiasm about the Summer Educational Conference and connection with attendees.

Tone & Style:

• Keep the tone professional, engaging, and authentic. Feel free to express excitement for connecting with the ESCA community.

Video Quality Tips:

• Lighting: Make sure your face is well-lit (natural light works great!).

• Audio: Speak clearly in a quiet space; using headphones or a microphone is recommended if available.

• Background: Use a clean, professional setting.

File Format:

• Submit videos in MP4 or MOV format for optimal quality
